Duties of the Finance Division

Preparation of Provincial Council / Central estimates.

Preparation and transfer of financial regulations.

Acquiring and distributing recurrent and capital allocation funds.

Preparation of Line Ministry reports and evaluation accounts for Central / Provincial ministries.

Preparation and balancing of expenditure reports related to Line Ministry scholarships, advance B accounts, and capital funds.

Allocation of funds for the nutrition project and preparation of summaries for consolidated accounts.
13
Preparation of the Line Ministry report on an accrual basis.

Preparation of provincial transfer accounts and provincial / central measurement accounts.

Distribution of Provincial Council appropriations. (Recurrent and capital funds)

Preparation of capital funds reports. (World Bank recurrent reports)

Balancing and comparing monthly expenditure with zones and the chief secretary.

Obtaining provincial staff reports and preparing reports on graduate trainees.

Preparation of the progress of constructions in the Line Ministry.
